Questions people actually ask
- Who charges my card?
- Creem is our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for every order. Your statement will show CREEM.IO. They collect and remit any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies where you are.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account page, or directly in the customer portal that Creem emails you after every payment. Cancellation is immediate and self-serve; you never need to email us for it.
- What is your refund policy?
- A full refund within 14 days of any charge, no questions asked. Request it in the customer portal or email us and we will process it.
- Are the token counts exact?
- For OpenAI models, yes: we run the same tiktoken-compatible encodings the models use. For every other vendor the count is an estimate scaled from o200k_base, because no other provider publishes an offline tokenizer. Estimated figures are marked with a tilde throughout the app.
- Is my prompt text stored?
- No. Text is tokenized in memory to answer the request and is not written to any database or log.
- Do you resell model API access?
- No. TokenHub only measures and prices tokens using local tokenizers. You keep your own provider accounts and we never proxy a request to a model.
