Refund Policy

If you are not happy with TokenHub Pro, you can have your money back. This applies to:

• any first purchase, within 14 days of the charge;
• any renewal charge, within 14 days of that charge;
• both the monthly and the yearly plan.

You do not need to explain why. We do not require that you used the product a certain amount, or that you contact us first to be talked out of it.

There are two routes, and both work.

1. Do it yourself in the customer portal. Creem emails you a portal link after every payment, and your account page links there too. The portal lets you request a refund and cancel in the same place. This is the fastest route.

2. Email us. Write to support@mytokenhub.site from the address you paid with. We reply within 3 business days and submit the refund on your behalf.

Creem, as our Merchant of Record, issues the refund to the original payment method. Once approved, it typically appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any tax collected on the order is refunded with it.

A refund ends the subscription. Your license stops validating and Pro features close, usually within an hour and at the latest when your session expires. The free tier keeps working, with no account needed.

If you simply want to stop future charges but keep access for the period you already paid for, cancel instead of requesting a refund. Cancelling is immediate and self-serve from your account page, and stops the next renewal.

After 14 days we are not obliged to refund a charge, but we are reasonable people. If something went wrong -- a charge you did not expect, a renewal you meant to cancel, an outage that cost you the month -- email us and we will sort it out.

This policy does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal or consumer protection you have where you live. Where those rights are stronger, they apply.
